Author Information / Description

This is still in BETA stage, and is also currently unfinished, i just
wanted to get something out for you guys to test, it will help me to
have it tested by more people. And also it is along time since i 
actually released anything publicly so i thought I'd just give yall a
little christmas prezzy!

Please, don't forget to post on the forum with any comments and bug
reports etc, this way i can get it 100% for the final release.

 * Compatibity:

Theef 1.37 had compatibility 'issues' with NT-based systems (they didn't
get on at all ;-)), throughout testing 2.00 has run fine on all windows
os' without any problems, but if you do happen to experience any 
problems at all, then DONT FORGET to post on the forum!

 * What's Missing:
   --------------

This is still unfinished work, although it is about 80% finished there are
still some things that need adding, namely the 'Events Manager' and other 
things that I have forgotten to put in so far, I'm still open to suggestions
if you think there is anything that should be there and isn't. If it looks
like something isn't doing something properly then check the 'Connections
Statistics' window to check if any data is being transferred.
