Very small backdoor (only 2kb) open telnet port (23) on victim mashine for commands.

1)No process
2)No *.exe
3)Working with dll injected to explorer.exe
Create DLL and inject to explorer.exe. This work after reboot.
Backdoor is written for education purposes only. Author doesn't take any
