USAGE:
------
Place all the files in the same dir. The windows dir is Recommended.
Then run server.exe, voila, FTP should be up and running with ur settings.
If using IRC options, the bot will advertize for the GUEST ACCOUTN every 10min in the chan.
Check help.txt for help with setting up the settings file.
